Girl Scout Daisy Troop #491 Take First in Tree Decorating Contest

Girl Scout Daisy Troop #491 placed first at a tree decorating contest hosted by the Village of Wauconda on December 3rd at the Main Street Holiday Walk. The girls made all of the ornaments and decorations themselves. After winning, the tree was then donated to a local family.

The girls will be presented by the mayor with blue ribbons at the Village Board meeting on January 17 at 7pm. Congratulations Troop #491!
